Aware™ makes data public to track and validate the end-to-end impact of sustainable textiles from origin to consumer. The Aware™ process begins with embedding a physical tracer in the sustainable textile at the source. Scanning, using the Aware™ hand scanner, enables instant verification along the entire value chain. Production data logged on public blockchain by every supplier creates a digital twin and virtual flow that follows the physical material flow forward. Every step is validated by Aware™'s digital tokens. This innovative platform transforms a system hidden behind private databases into a democratic, open, and user-friendly platform.

GRS CERTIFICATEThe Organic Content Standard (OCS) is an international, voluntary standard that sets requirements for third-party certification of certified organic input and chain of custody. The primary goal of the OCS is to increase organic agriculture production.

OCS CERTIFICATEThe Recycled Claim Standard (RCS) is used as a chain of custody standard to track recycled raw materials through the supply chain. The GRS/RCS logo ensures the materials used in the product are genuinely recycled.
Difference between standards
The RCS and GRS are the same, except that the GRS is a more rigorous standard; in the GRS, there is a higher minimum content percentage (50%) and additional processing requirements that must be met (social, environmental, and chemical). So GRS items have a higher recycled content than RCS items.

RCS CERTIFICATEIf a textile article carries the STANDARD 100 label, you can be certain that every component of this article has been tested for harmful substances and that the article therefore is harmless for human health. In many cases, the STANDARD 100 goes beyond national and international requirements.
