Our goal is to make it even easier for you to access our full range, place orders, and receive fast, personal service – while keeping everything you already appreciate about Vinga and XD Connects. 

The integration will take place on June 2.

Why is this change being made?

From now on, you’ll order both Vinga and XD Connects products via xdconnects.com. Gift cards will continue to be handled as before.

Q&A – Frequently asked questions about the integration

What does the integration mean for me as a customer?

You will gain access to an even wider product range and a simpler ordering process via xdconnects.com. Your daily contact and level of service will remain the same, but you will now have a single point of contact through our unified customer service for Scandinavia.

Why is this change being made?

To give you, as a customer, an even better experience: one point of contact, a broader product range, and faster service.

Will the Vinga brand disapear?

No, Vinga will continue as an important part of XD Connects and will remain visible in our offering.

Will my agreements change?

If your agreement is affected, we will contact you personally. Otherwise, the same agreement as before applies.

Do I need to take any action as a customer?

No, you don’t need to do anything. We will take care of everything for you and inform you well in advance of any practical changes.

Will I keep my current contact person?

Yes, unless otherwise communicated, you will continue working with your current sales contact.

Will invoicing change?

Some changes may occur, such as a new organization number or bank details. We will clearly inform you well in advance before anything changes.

What happens to my login details/customer portal?

For gift cards, you will still find all information at vinga.com/se/gavokort. For product orders, use your regular login at xdconnects.com. If you don’t have one, we’ll of course help you create it.

Will deliveries or the product range be affected?

No, you will continue to receive your orders as usual.

Our Nordic headquarters remains in Borås.

We want to emphasize that our Nordic headquarters will remain in Borås – the hub for our back office and our presence throughout the Nordics. This strengthens our collaboration in Scandinavia and ensures that the Vinga spirit lives on.

 

For our customers, this means continued personal contact, with the opportunity to speak with both the team in Borås and the team in the Netherlands. We're here – just like always.
