The handle is grip-friendly which together with its well-balanced body from end to edge makes it more comfortable and easier to work with. The good properties of the German steel mean that the knives are both stain resistant and do not place high demands on maintenance more than grinding. Its sharpness lasts for a long time and once you have to grind them it is a simple task.
