Corporate gifts should feel

like something you would

choose for yourself

Why Vinga

In a world filled with disposable promotional products, we take a different approach. We design objects that are meant to live longer, be used often, and quietly carry a co-brand forward over time.

STORY

Built for presence, not for noise.

In a landscape filled with loud logos and short-term campaigns, Vinga offers an alternative. Quiet branding is about longevity over volume - products that carry a brand subtly, confidently and consistently throughout everyday life.

Vinga’s clean silhouettes, restrained colour palettes and considered material choices are intentionally designed to support discreet branding. Debossing, tone-on-tone print, subtle embroidery and minimal placements allow the brand to integrate rather than dominate.

The result is merchandise people continue to use, not because it promotes a company, but because it fits naturally into their daily routine.

Working with series

Working with series

At Vinga, we design collections, not just products. By carefully aligning materials, colors, and forms, we create a consistent and recognisable expression.

The result is a brand that grows naturally over time, inviting end users to build upon what they already love. For customers, it creates a cohesive assortment that can be expanded with confidence, where every new addition feels familiar, relevant, and unmistakably part of the Vinga story.

A year-round brand experience

With a controlled colour palette and consistency across categories, Vinga’s collections are designed to support brand experiences throughout the year. From welcoming new colleagues and conference participation to employee initiatives and thoughtful gifting, the products adapt naturally to different moments and contexts.

Rather than replacing products season after season, brands can build gradually within one coherent expression - creating continuity, strengthening recognition, and establishing a consistent presence in everyday life.

RESPONSIBILITY

The most sustainable product
is the one that gets used.

Longevity is our first sustainability principle. A product designed to be kept and used daily has lower lifetime impact than any short-lived alternative - regardless of material claims.

We are continuously working to reduce our impact and improve the way we operate. These figures reflect our progress as of May 2026.

MATERIALS

The goal is to create items that age well,
both in quality and design.

Our approach is grounded in a preference for materials that are tactile, durable and timeless rather than trend-driven. Natural and recycled options are prioritised where possible, always evaluated in relation to the product’s purpose and overall expression.

From idea to object

Every Vinga product is the result of a deliberate, multi-stage process. We design with intention, prototype thoroughly, and produce only when a product earns its place in the range.

01

Brief

Define need, audience and context. Understand how the product will live in everyday use.

02

Sketch

Explore form, proportion and function. Many concepts, few survive.

03

Prototype

Physical samples in real materials. Test in hand, not on screen.

04

Refine

Iterate on materials, finish and detail. Adjust until it earns its place.

05

Produce

Manufacture with vetted partners. CO₂ measured. Quality verified.

An considered first impression

Packaging at Vinga is intentional and value-driven. We follow two key principles. Where packaging does not add value, we minimise it. Secondly, when the product is clearly positioned as a gift, packaging becomes an essential part of the overall impression.

At the same time, packaging plays an important role in protecting the product throughout transport and handling.

In these cases, the packaging should enhance the perceived value, reflect the product’s design, and maintain a consistent visual thread. In some cases, important product information is also integrated into the packaging itself, replacing the need for additional hang-tags.
