All prices shown on the page are exclusive of VAT and the price is valid from 50 products. Shipping & other possible costs will be added (eg package wrapping, labeling of products, or other additional services). We reserve ourselves for any printing errors such as. prices, specification etc.
Shipping will be added to all orders unless otherwise agreed for specific orders.
Delivery normally takes place no earlier than the day after the order, should the delivery have to be done the same day, contact our customer service.
If a delivery delay occurs, the customer is notified via email or telephone from Vinga's office.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
Vinga always sends its shipments freely to our warehouse. This means that the customer is responsible for ensuring that the goods are insured during transport. This condition applies provided that nothing else is agreed.
We check every shipment before it is shipped from our warehouse, but should the item be damaged or incorrectly dispatched when it arrives, this must be reported to Vinga no later than 3 days after the goods have been received. Always contact our customer service before sending back an item, they will give you a document to fill in and send with your return. Returned goods sent without return information are not handled.
We will follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board in case of any dispute.
