A three layered high quality sauté pan. The pan consists of two layers of steel surrounding an aluminum core, which contributes to optimal heat distribution. The pan can withstand very high temperatures, and is therefore ideal for browning meat, and fish, etc. The embossment, in the bottom of the pan, makes an airspace, which creates kind of a natural non-stick function.With its high edges, it is suitable both for frying, and for cooking dishes containing some kind of sauce. Works on all types of heat sources, including induction.
